Michelle McNutt became a member of the Coril Group in 2018 through her involvement in a healthcare venture, where she assumed the position of Vice President, People & Culture. In 2021, Michelle transitioned to a new role within the Coril team and presently holds the title of Vice President, Strategy, People & Culture. In her executive capacity, Michelle spearheads strategic planning and oversees initiatives related to organizational culture, ensuring that human capital strategies are closely aligned with the company's overarching business objectives.
Prior to joining Coril, Michelle worked as a consultant, providing valuable support to a diverse range of organizations spanning various sectors. Her expertise encompassed talent management, organizational design, executive coaching, and various aspects of people and culture programming. Michelle graduated from Saint Mary’s University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2007, majoring in Marketing and obtaining a Certificate in Human Resources. Committed to ongoing professional growth, Michelle has consistently pursued opportunities for development, with her latest endeavor being the completion of the prestigious Oxford Executive Finance Programme.
In addition to her corporate and academic accomplishments, Michelle devotes her spare time to serving her local community by actively engaging with organizations such as Special Olympics and motionball. She is also a dynamic presence in the startup arena, providing coaching and support to numerous emerging entrepreneurs with their business ventures.
